As a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of international experience, I excel in creating comprehensive strategies, designing highly successful digital products, and leading organizations to adopt a user-centric culture mindset. I have honed my skills across diverse setups and industries, always motivated by a strong desire to design impactful experiences for clients and organizations alike, benefiting both parties.

Currently, my focus lies in showcasing the tangible business value of design through the application of cutting-edge methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean innovation, and agile execution. By leveraging these powerful tools, I am able to drive innovation, optimize processes, and achieve tangible outcomes that align with business objectives. My approach is results-driven, with a keen eye for driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within organizations.

With my wealth of experience and expertise, I am dedicated to driving meaningful results and unlocking the full potential of design to deliver unparalleled value to organizations and their stakeholders.

Areas of Practice


creative Leadership

Hands-on senior designer, I focus on building “externally focused” teams using a distributed leadership model to empower each individual. Empathetic leader, I also strive to build close relationship with business stakeholders & internal product teams (product owners, developers, etc).


Product & design

From facilitating design thinking workshop to service design tools and design sprints, I belive in managing the end-to-end product delivery cycle. I use the full spectrum of UX methods to build & prioritize the backlog until tracking live analytics with always the goal to deliver value to customers.



design Strategy

The business value of design has now largely been proven and I have set the objective for myself to prove it. It includes, but not limited to, setting up the governance model, road map, success metrics, user engagement and change principles while executing using Agile.


Coaching & speaking

With previous experiences in consulting firms, start-ups and financial services, I frequently mentor designers (https://www.adplist.org & https://www.designed.org ) or organisations by sharing lessons learned, provide guidance & training and also speaking at events or webinars.
