All my career decisions have been driven by the desire to demonstrate the Business Value of Design. I have developed a strong expertise in Service Design and User eXperience improvement to deliver measurable before-after impact (both operational excellence and financial benefits) at the Financial Institutions I have been working in since I moved to Singapore. I have now come to a turning point in my career where I want to strengthen my managerial expertise and accelerate my development towards senior management. The professional objective guiding my career is clear, I want to continue helping organisations stay relevant, by mastering the Digital Disruption.
