Awarded Best Private Bank - Digital Innovation 2022!

Delighted to have received the award for Best Private Bank - Digital Innovation 2022 on behalf of Bank of Singapore at the Global Private Banking Innovation Awards 2022, organized by the Global Private Banker.

Bank of Singapore’s Next Gen INFINxTY team really put in a lot of effort and passion into building our exclusive Next Gen app! It really shows the success of a cross functional team working together on serving an important client segment through an innovation set up.

Born as an innovation project, we used Design Thinking to identify and focus on the problem to solve. We prototyped not only the app but also the business model using the business model canvas.

After a few rounds of testing with very supportive clients we scaled up adopting a Lean start up approach and built a pilot to validate our solution and capture analytics from the online behaviour.
